City Council Agendas and Voting Results
Regular Council Meetings are scheduled the first and third Tuesdays of each month and start at 6 p.m. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue.

The Colorado Apartment Association is a non-profit trade association representing owners, developers, management companies, and vender members of the multi family housing industry.
Colorado State Housing and Dining Services
The Department of Housing and Dining Services is responsible for the management, finance, administration, and program development of all University housing facilities, including ten residence halls that house about 5,000 students, 908 apartment units, and all 76 buildings on the Pingree Park Campus.
CRSCS provides assistance to students for any issue and aids faculty and staff on matters with students. The office offers:
Advice and referrals: problem solving assistance.
Coaching: skills and mentoring to help people solve conflicts on their own.
Mediation: facilitated conversation between willing parties who are in conflict.
CRSCS also schedules Party Partners classes. 491-7165.
National Association of Residential Property Managers
The National Association of Residential Property Managers is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. It offers an effective, professional learning environment for owners of property management companies, property managers, and their support staff.
Neighborhood Services Office
The NSO provides free information and support to help neighbors work together, get help from City departments and build better neighborhoods through neighborhood organizations.
Student Legal Services
Student Legal Services provides affordable legal assistance to full time students attending Colorado State University.
