Post available houses, apartments, condos, duplexes, etc., post rooms for rent, or create a roommate profile listing themselves as an available roommate.
All you need to do is login with your eID and password, and access to our Rental Search is yours.
Attend a Roommate Round-Up sessions to meet other students to find potential roommates and housing. Look on the calendar for dates and locations.

Alternatively, if you are ready to buy property attend our First Time Home Buyers classes that are offered throughout the academic year and summer. Dates and locations are available on our Off-Campus Life Calendar.
If you are throwing a party and want to avoid a $1,000 fine, use Party Registration to register your Friday or Saturday night party with OCL to receive a 20 minute warning from Dispatch. Use RideShare to quickly and securely make potential carpool arrangements. The goal is to help users find rides, save money, reduce pollution and traffic congestion, and encourage GREENER transportation choices.
Help welcome students back to the Fort Collins Community by partnering with Fort Collins and Colorado State University Police Departments, as well as fellow community members to distribute helpful information on being successful neighbors and Fort Collins Community members. Fall Clean Up
Volunteer to assist elderly and/or physically limited neighbors in the Fort Collins area with outdoor yard work (raking leaves, trimming bushes, cleaning gutters, etc.) that they cannot complete themselves and cannot afford to pay someone to do. This program helps create positive relationships between the long-term residents in Fort Collins and CSU students staff, while helping neighbors to maintain their properties and get their homes ready for the fall/winter seasons.
The Housing Fair is an open house in the Lory Student Center that takes place every March. It is an opportunity for students to do one stop shopping for places to live in Fort Collins. The Housing Fair brings together landlords, community resources and Colorado State University offices to inform students about housing options and how to successfully live off campus. for more info, visit the Housing Fair page.
CSU tradition and get involved with CSUnity!Each spring, over two thousand CSU students gather for a day-long service plunge in and around the Fort Collins community! Join fellow students in planting trees, painting houses, visiting with senior citizens, sorting food, and much more. Services are provided to neighbors in the community, the City of Fort Collins, state, county and federal agencies; and local non-profits. A bountiful variety of volunteer opportunities are available.
